POM-VAK monoblock type liquid ring vacuum pumps have been generally preferred for 10 years because they fill less volume, are economical and are easily maintained. POM-VAK develops technology and designs new monoblock types almost each 3 months. We Also renew our technology each year.

POM-VAK double-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps are standard products. They are suitable for almost each industrial application with unique material and sealing solutions.

Our single-stage liquid ring vacuum pumps are being always developed. We reached up to 5500 m³/h suction capacity. Our aim is to produce the pump of 14000 m³/h capacity within two years.

POM-VAK manufactures oil ring vacuum systems for different applications. We have a patent of them. Oil ring vacuum systems can reach deeper vacuum pressure than water ring vacuum pumps. The suction capacity cannot decrease during operation because of working with oil.

Beside not using water, our oil ring vacuum pumps can automaticly drain water which can come as vapour from the suction line. It cannot exist any lime in the system because the systems do not use water. They have long life because of that.

POM-VAK oil-sealed rotary vane vacuum pumps have been highly preferred since we started to produce them. They supply dry, clean and deeper vacuum pressure than liquid ring vacuum pumps for dry air. We have the range from 15 to 300 m³/h capacities except 150 m³/h. POM-VAK is working on it now.

POM-VAK manufactures 3 ve 6 m³/h capacities dry-running rotary vane vacuum pumps. We are developing the range. Our aim is to reach 400 m³/h capacity within 4 years.

CHOOSING VACUUM PUMPS

|
There are many parameters to choose vacuum pumps. Generally Dalton law explains behaviour of air. If the sucked media is different from dry air the system will be complicated. If water or liquid mixtures vapourize and the system is continuous, the system will be more complicated. It is known that the relationship between the vacuum pressure and suction capacity is exponantial. There are many formulas we can use to define the needed vacuum pump.
