POM-VAK open wings complete stainless steel centrifugal pumps are used in many applications like clean water, chemicals, liquids with particles, textile chemicals with thread particles, caustic, industrial salty liquids. There is not any casted parts in the pumps. Complete material is AISI 316L.

POM-VAK uses the sealing material as silicon carbide seal faces mechanical seal in the pumps. If necessarry we can use tungsten carbide materials as seal faces.

The big difference of POM-VAK stainless steel centrifugal pumps is the impeller. The impeller has not any welded part. It is complete part. It has longer life than welded impellers because of that. The performance is seen especially at hot applications. The pumps can easily be used for food and chemical applications because the materials are AISI 316L grade stainless steel and the thickness of materials are wide.

CHOOSING PUMP

The pumps are centrifugal pumps. They can be easily chosen to use performance curves in catalogue. POM-VAK uses AISI 316L grade stainless steel as standard materials. If you need different materials please inform us about the media.
