Thread industry : Vacuum pumps are used for getting wet from thread at fixing reactors. Our PVK 270/155 type liquid ring vacuum pumps are used for standard applications. If needed capacity is more than standard reactors, our PVK 250/200 type double stage liquid ring vacuum pumps can also be used. To avoid usage of water, our oil ring vacuum systems are also suitable for fixing reactors.

Dying : Beside spool dying under vacuum application, it is started that dying fabrics under vacuum pressure with lower temperatures at classic HT dying machines. It is not common now but it lowers the energy costs and dying damages. Especially for some fabrics which can be dyed at high temperatures can be applied lower temperatures so they can accept dye homoganized without damage.
The PVN 210 series liquid ring vacuum pumps can easily be used for spool dying machines. At new generation HT dying machines, liquid ring vacuum pumps starting PVN 270 series up to double stage pumps can be easily used.

Leather : Liquid ring vacuum pumps are used for getting wet from leather while applications. It is standard usage but nowadays, oil ring vacuum systems are preferred because of deeper pressure, lower application time and better product.
Drying : Liquid ring vacuum pumps and oil ring vacuum systems can also bu used for drying.

Besides, POM-VAK stainless steel centifugal pumps can transfer any liquid with coustic easily without any problem in textile industry. They are excellent solutions for coustic with simple construction, non-welded impeller, simple but strong mechanical seal faces and rubbers.
